I asked for dining room when I saw an empty table and was declined The vibe in lounge was loud and to connect with each other it was super difficult. I asked server if able to turn down music which was adjusted but overall still way too loud. The borscht was a little thin and the roll was still cold in the middle.. the shortribs were good but could have had a more robust flavour. I couldnt taste the Guiness which was apparently the sauce.
