Waitress was lovely but clearly got her section slammed so she became super busy, we waited a little while for our bill. Food was okay

You need to try the mushroom pasta! So many people talk about how good the lasagna is (which it is), however, their pasta is also incredible. Have one of the best evenings ever!

Romantic restaurant with lovely waiters. Tasty food and nice wine.

We had a booth which worked well for my older parents and gave them a bit more comfort. The staff were all very nice, helpful and attentive. Lamb, squid, oysters and sea bass were all very tasty and the drinks flowed well too with Asahi and Peroni on draft for me. Slightly pricier than my last couple of trips to Hornchurch and similar unnamed restaurants but we were glad we tried Onyx for the first time and we will definitely consider returning.
