Welcome to BEHIND. We are an intimate 1 Michelin star fish-focused tasting menu restaurant run by chef Andy Beynon. Situated on the edge of London Fields, Hackney, BEHIND has 18 kitchen-table seats for lunch and dinner sittings, as well as a relaxed wine bar. BEHIND is Andy Beynon’s first restaurant, opened in October 2020. After just 20 days’ trading it was awarded its first Michelin Star. An amazing find. Food was fantastic and the only thing that I'd ask for in the service was we weren't told what some of the items were and had to ask as we were leaving. Our server though, was lovely, it was others giving us bits that didn't tell us what it was. I would highly recommend. Oh, the wine by the glass is from their own winery in Provence and it was amazing and a great pair with my lamb. The scallop, halibut, tartare, all of it, just fabulous.
