Additionally, appreciation to Head Chef Alexia Dellaca-Minot for crafting a Tasting Menu that sets a new standard of excellence. The Black Kelp Caviar Tartlettes and Cashew Pate with crisp, melt in the mouth Brioche were extraordinaire. The Kale Tortellini & Sushi were exceptionally good followed by an exquisite Jerusalem Artichoke. Our only complaint was the rushed service. Just 5 minutes extra between courses would have made the whole experience much better. As it was it was a bit like a conveyor belt of dishes.
