Thyme is my go to restaurant for special occasions. I had the tuna tartare and lobster for my main course and Brussels sprouts. My husband had the delicious halibut with an amazing mushroom risotto. The apple cobbler and chocolate soufflé with gelato was also amazing.

The evening of Valentine's Day was an enjoyable experience. We have been to this establishment on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Besides the regular menu they always have a large selection of specials which you will always enjoy. Last night the restaurant was extremely busy which was nice to see and the guests and staff all were having fun. Thanks for another great experience!!!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Galo Tavern 18! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the tone for a great meal. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, Galo Tavern 18 exceeded my expectations. Whether you want a great steak or a fantastic dining experience, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Another fabulous meal to write about. Our plates were wiped clean, Seafood Paella, Chicken Aroz con Pollo, Shrimp with Garlic, Onion soup, Salads and soup. All so very tasty, will return soon as this is our favorite Spanish restaurant in our neighborhood. Staff and owner are very welcoming.
