First visit to Brasserie, and will be first of many. Hands down best French on LI. Went as a party of 5, and all meals were exceptional! Appetizers: Seared foie gras is the real deal and generously portioned. Baked camembert generated oohs and aahs. Mains: Filet mignon--fine cut and perfectly grilled. Cassoulet--excellent confit and perfect ratio of beans/meat. Duck Magret: tender and delicious--what you hope for in a LI duck. Bass Filet--melts in your mouth. Chicken cordon bleu: lightly breaded and fried and perfectly executed. All dishes well-presented. Table visit from chef-owner Aless is a special touch that shows class and caring! Our server Michael was a real pro! All in all an excellent experience and can't stop raving about it. Opened last year, Aless and Justin are for real! Can't wait to go back!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. We truly enjoyed the spinach and butternut squash salad. Food was served quickly and waitress checked on us to see if we were fine. We definitely enjoyed.

As always, every meal is delicious here. The sushi is the freshest around. I had the yellowfin tuna as a main course and my husband had the beef shanks. Both meals were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The cocktails are very reasonably priced and again, so delicious. I had the pumpkin martini and my husband had the espresso martini. This place never misses.

I went on a Thursday night to catch up with a friend, and this place is very beautifully decorated for the Halloween and very high end for a Mexican style restaurant in the decoration and table tops, white table cloth etc. The server we had was a very patient lady, the place was empty surprisingly so we did take a bit to order and we did tell them we were catching up and we were not rushed. They serve very delicious and not over spicy salsa with homemade crispy tostados We ended up getting tacos by the piece and this are just delicious, the Birra beef was so tasty yet was not a fan of the greasy consume. Shrimp taco was so fresh and so was their pineapple pork taco. She had the same tacos but with she marinate steak and she liked it too. We had 2 drinks each and on a Thursday was 1/2 price for women which was a nice surprise when we saw it in the bill. Each night they do different things it appears. They do also have a dj and was a pretty lively music, and was a bit hard to hear each other, yet was good music. We will definitely love to come back and sample the other tacos and to sample desserts. Service, ambience and food was superb.

Had a great birthday experience. Definitely will be back.
