It came well done so we sent it back . This was replaced quickly but in our opinion still over cooked-medium and very disappointing . We were given a free drink whilst the dish was replaced but when asked how the food was at the end of the meal the feedback wasn’t acknowledged or any apology given. We would return but would stick to a more basic affordable dish. Considered menu with every dish being cooked to perfection and with great attention to detail using fresh and good quality ingregients.
