Cumberland sausage, Brisket with pearl onion and red wine stew, steak burger, chicken burger were all great as were the sides - all spot on with clean plates. The staff were very welcoming, our 1 and 2 year old loved their pizza and chips and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Thank you for a lovely afternoon ! Table service a definite improvement. The wine I wanted wasn't available, but I was offered an alternative with a good discount. I very much appreciate this gesture. The wine wasn't quite as good but it was ok. We had a shared southern fried chicken starter and a mixed grill each. Main course was exception more than enough to satisfy the biggest appetite. Only the children had desert but there were clean plates so that too was a hit.
