At the Ace in Toronto, you can enjoy a variety of menu items that are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian. One very popular offering is the house-made charcuterie with homemade pickles and warm crostini. A daily soup is also on offer, with ingredients chosen by the chef based on what is fresh and available.

The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. The space is a 3-in-1 masterpiece: a bakery, a small storefront stocked with products from local businesses, and a bistro-style restaurant with an open kitchen.We're serving coffee, pastries, brunch, lunch, and dinner from our location at College & Dovercourt in Toronto.Our cafe is open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.Brunch waitlist available from 10:00am-3:30pm, Wednesday - Sunday.Dinner reservations 6:00pm - late, Thursday - Saturday.
