Balthazar is one of Athens finest restaurants. It is located in a neoclassical building on Tsocha street and is special not only for its beautiful interior but also for its impressive garden. Balthazar serves a Mediterranean cuisine with many Greek fusion influences since Christoforos Peskias has formed a highly creative menu. Fresh salads like green beans with smoked almonds, and a Thai lemon dressing, original dishes such as marinated fresh fish in lemongrass and basil, and the well-known meatballs with french fries and yogurt dip are the reason for a visit.
