We've served authentic, homemade Italian cuisine since 1997. We're the only family-owned restaurant on Lincoln Road. We make fresh pasta and bread. All of our dishes are made at the moment, using the best ingredients and techniques. We don't use preservatives, chemical flavorings or meat stocks. As is typical in Italy, we have a complete menu, from pasta, pizza and salads, to chicken, fish and prime cuts of steak. Our homemade gnocchi, eggplant parmigiana, and pasta specials have given us international recognition. But if you're in the mood for a chicken piccata, grilled Branzino, veal cutlet Milanese or grilled Ribeye steak, you definitely won't be disappointed. There's plenty of vegan options as well. There's a reason why many Italians eat with us every day when they're on vacation.

Established in 2012 as Miami's premier destination for contemporary comfort, Blue Collar is the labor of love from Chef Daniel Serfer ( New Times Best chef 2015), a Miami native. We offer an unprecedented selection of amazing meats and vegetables, served from a menu that allows you to customize your plate exactly how you want it. If you'd like to have a gut busting indulgent cheat meal, we got you. At the same time if you wanna keep it super light or even vegetarian/vegan, we can cover that too.
