MAKfam is primarily a walk-in restaurant that offers limited reservations for weekday lunches only. The majority of our tables are open for walk-ins – please come in even if you don’t see availability at your preferred time.MAKfam is a love letter to the owners' Chinese American roots, both having been raised by immigrant families who worked in restaurants. It began as a pop-up in NYC & NJ, then evolved as a stall in a Denver food hall. MAKfam is now an elevated counter-service restaurant in the Baker neighborhood serving award-winning Chinese food, natural wines, & craft cocktails. Crab Rangoons & hand-folded chicken & chive potstickers are inspired by Chinatown favorites, made with particular care & big flavor. Chicken wings with tingly málà seasoning & corned beef fried rice offer a familiar-yet inventive take on classics.MAKfam is a 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand winner & Chef Kenneth Wan is the Semi Finalist in the 2024 Emerging Chef category of the James Beard Foundation.
