Our dining experience was excellent. Therefore, this may be a little longer. The Golden Hour martini was a real favorite. Our appetizers were excellent. The eildgame tartare was beyond description, best tartare I've ever eaten. The octopus, done in a Spanish bbq style, was a little spicy for me, but cooked perfectly. The Ceasars salad was the real deal, with white anchovies. The entres stole the show. Charred Elk Chops were best I've ever had, thick, cooked rare+, at my request, brocollini and other complimentary sides. Soooooooo goid. The Red Trout was equally good, and had a wonderful accompanying side of creamed corn, real hominy and other vegetables. Haven't had good hominy in decades. This was the real thing. Dessert was a beautiful presentation of chocolate mousse.. and it was the crowning glory. Sooooooooooooo recommend this dining experience.

Amazing atmosphere, service was outstanding and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the wines! The “bar bites” option was nice, we ordered the meat and cheese board and it was ok. Nothing really stood out or was above average for that. The wine was exceptional and reasonably priced with decent quantities! The restaurant/wine bar was clean and it was quiet but not awkwardly so. The entrance is difficult to find was probably the only complaint.

We brought our daughter and the staff was very kind and accommodating, making her feel special. The food was amazing, specifically the wagyu and the corn soufflé.

The Valentine's Tasting Menu was very well planned with a 4 course meal. Everything was delicious! I'm glad they are doing well with a lot of diners supporting them.

Jeana was so attentive! I spilled my coke as I got up to welcome my wife. Jeana had the table cloth replaced so quickly for our special occasion. Then even refreshed it with a rose and fun sparkles! The Capital Grill team has always exceeded my expectations!
