Blondette is a French-inspired restaurant, concepted by award-winning Chef Daniel del Prado, offering traditional French cuisine fused with Pacific Northwest ingredients. Housed in a glass-covered atrium complete with an outdoor terrace and one of Minneapolis’ only retractable roofs, Blondette invites guests to mix and mingle under the stars all year long. In addition to dinner daily, each Saturday and Sunday, Blondette serves up elevated brunch fare from 9am - 2pm. Reservations recommended but not required. We also offer curated holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve, Easter and Mother's Day. The food was flavorful and delicious! What a nice change from other local restaurants that persist in over-salting their dishes. It was also nice that the background music was just that—background, not deafening, no thumping bass. We look forward to our next date night at Noa!

I met 3 friends for lunch. We shared 2 meatballs as an appetizer. They were fantastic and 2 meatballs were plenty for an appetizer. Our meal orders were all over the menu. All were delicious but the winner was the "Minute Chicken". We shared the Banana Pudding for dessert. There was plenty to share and was the best banana pudding that I have ever had. The place was packed on this Tuesday for lunch, but our server, Jessie, treated us as if we were the only table in the house. I can't wait to go back.
