Great location with awesome food and service. The food was very plentiful and tasty, well worth the price. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Great Valentines date night

I cannot recommend this place enough! Each course was incredible, I did the wine pairing which was perfect as well. My friend had an espresso martini that she loved as well. I could go on for years about how amazing the food and flavors were but at the end of the day the service was the best part... I made a reservation for my friend and I for our birthdays, the first night we showed up and apparently I had forgotten to request vegetarian for her. They couldn't accommodate us that night but made sure we got in before the end of our trip, they also helped us get a table at Lima bistro next door since we couldn't keep our original reservation that night. That was also a fantastic meal, but our experience it ever has never been matched by any other place. It's incredible watching them cook, they all have a fantastic and pleasant demeanor, even the cooks. Feels like you're in a cozy home, with little team of the private chefs. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Excellent experience at Water’s Edge. We had a fantastic server, Lilliana. She was the best. The food was fantastic. We got red snapper and pan seared grouper. Delish! And a saxophone player a plus. He was great! Don’t hesitate coming here! It’s A+

All 12 in our group had a perfect dinner. Fish was very fresh (unlike many restaurants here) and all the meals were delicious. I had lamb and it was amazing. It was nice that several items had 2 portion sizes so I was able to get an appropriate sized meal. In addition, their wine list was nice and had good pricing. Lastly the ambiance was amazing! Fun to have our feet in the sand, watch the sunset, and listen to soft music. By far the best restaurant over our 7 night stay in Aruba.

If you are planning a trip to Aruba and don’t include Atardi in your itinerary, you might as well stay home. Atardi is a must-visit, especially if you can secure a coveted sunset reservation. My wife and I arrived at 6:15 for our 6:30 reservation, with sunset at 6:45. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar while waiting for our table and were seated promptly at our reservation time, right at the water's edge, where the fun began. We were warmly greeted by Mauricio and Juan, who would take care of us that evening. Juan went above and beyond by choreographing pictures and a video of us, capturing the breathtaking sunset over the ocean. He even arranged our drinks and the table to look stunning in the background of the photos and video. Now, onto dinner, which was simply outstanding. We started with the Atardi salad and iron-seared scallops; both dishes were excellent, and I highly recommend the scallops. For the main course, my wife ordered the filet, while I chose the short ribs. Again, everything was exceptional. The short ribs could be cut with a fork and were served with pickled fennel and carrots. The filet was cooked to perfection and paired with au gratin potatoes. To conclude our meal, we enjoyed an Atardi Sunset (a flaming chocolate dessert) along with a specialty coffee. The entire dining experience was outstanding from start to finish. It was very relaxing, and at no point did we feel rushed. A huge thank you to the entire Atardi team, especially Juan and Mauricio, for making this a wonderful experience.
