Inspired by the transient astronomical event of a moving star, Nova empowers guests to experience the five dimensions of life on earth like they never have before.We have a strict 10 minute grace period for reservations. At least half of your party must be present to be seated. Parties who are running late should call the restaurant prior to your reservation time to ensure your reservation doesn't get canceled. There are no same day reservations on Friday and Saturdays. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Behind an unmarked door adjacent to the wine room, guests are transported to District 1 (China Town) in Saigon via Blackhouse’s 28-seat restaurant-within-a-restaurant, LSXO. A spinoff of the Little Sister brand (Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach & Downtown Los Angeles), LSXO is love letter to the culture, heritage, and lineage of Vietnam (Vuong’s relatives hail from the region). While Little Sister is known for its French Vietnamese menu, LSXO follows the same Southeast Asian inspiration with a more refined feel. “There is no signage for LSXO—you can spot the entrance of it tucked into a section inside Bluegold, but you’ll have to know it’s there. While Bluegold is light, bright, and airy, LSXO is its darker, edgier little sister,” says Vuong. “Both restaurants operate out of the same kitchen, though the menus are completely different.     SUPER IMPRESSED!!! Can’t wait to be back! The food were amazing. Our server were great as well. I believe his name is Michael. The service provided elevated our experience tonight. To the point I had to write this glowing review right away. We did the pre fixed menu. Out of everything the Tteok & Grilled King’s Cut Short Rib were the highlight of our dinner. We would come back just for those two items. Thank you for a great night!!!

    Not sure why we waited so long to come here. By far, the best restaurant in Orange County. Everything was amazing. We had the dumplings, shaky beef, garlic noodles and bone marrow. Every dish was super delicious, including the desserts. Amazing cocktails, too!

    Excellent quality of fish paired with imaginative new ways of combining Japanese cuisine with other cuisines, such as Korean and Mexican. Staff were friendly and open to chatting about the foods as well as taking pride in what they have to present. Know that this meal is not a belly buster meal but more of a journey for new flavors and textures. Don’t go in thinking you’re gonna feel stuffed by the end of the meal. Instead, go in with an appreciation of flavors and creativity.
