Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. Among the signature dishes, you’ll be able to dive into are the Bloody Mary Ceviche; our Yellow Tartare, Smoked Tofu and Caviar; plus, the wonderful Enrygii Mushroom Tempura, with Summer Truffle and Aka Miso, as well as its King Crab and Bone Marrow counterpart. I’m so happy I had my birthday dinner here. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the start to finish. Especially Jil and our server Cameron was so knowledgeable about the various dishes and drinks we tried. My mom started with the ume blossom for her cocktail and said it was smooth. I had the margarita verde which is sweet but spicy and delicious. To start we ordered the salmon crispy rice and that was a perfect selection. That had us wanting more. We then ordered the grilled spanish octopus which was grilled to perfection. Then Mediterranean Black Cod was the star of the table. It was so buttery and delicious. It kept slipping from my fork. We also ordered the spicy chipotle lamb chops with shiso yogurt and it was a great compliment to the black cod. For a side we had the broccolini with miso tahini and it was great. Last but not least I had the citrus olive oil cake with Greek yogurt and that was the best dessert to compliment our dinner. Overall I enjoyed my dinner and had a wonderful birthday. I definitely recommend and come back!

Isa was attentive, helpful and provided great service for our first time here at Tanuki! Coming from someone who has worked in this industry the Mongolian beef was the beat thing I have ever eaten! Ambience - Food and service- excellence. We will definitely be coming back!
