Drawing inspiration from the Greek deities of dawn and night, this venue provides a culinary journey that transforms as the day unfolds. Guests will savor an array of mezzes, indulgent brunch offerings and grilled seafood and meats, all prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The bar program features inventive craft cocktails, wines and spirits, showcased against a striking double-height, rotating liquor display that spans both levels of the restaurant. The custom design elements create a captivating atmosphere - by day, the space is vibrant and energetic; by night, it transforms into an urban oasis with intimate accent lighting. We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy..often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients & has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 700 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM. The Champagne Bar is open daily noon-10PM. Children are welcome on the patio. The Wine Bistro and Champagne Bar seats adults only. Live Music Nightly.

    I brought my parents here for Thanksgiving dinner, and it was a truly lovely experience. The food was fantastic—exceptionally flavorful, creative, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed the oysters, draniki (potato pancakes), short ribs, and a dessert sampler. The oysters were fresh and delicious, and the draniki might have been my favorite, topped with fresh herbs and smoked fish. The short rib was rich and flavorful—my father absolutely loved it. The dessert sampler was both inventive and delightful. We opted for the wine pairing, which was thoughtfully curated and complemented the meal perfectly. The staff was gracious, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. I haven’t visited their sister bakery next door yet, but after this meal, I’ll definitely be stopping by soon to try some of their pastries.

    We went for our Thanksgiving dinner. We arrived at 2, just on time for our reservation. We didn’t know that was the first seating, so we were surprised at how crowded the lobby was. But after we were seated, and our waiter came to our table, we immediately forgot about the lobby. Food was delicious, we ordered the Thanksgiving dinner, and it was delicious. We’ll definitely do this again.

    It was great. Service was amazing. It was a little slower than expected but not a deal breaker. Food was amazing but the pork chop was a little towards the drier side. Tasty though. We spent a lovely evening at Plumed Horse.

    Great atmosphere and surroundings. Loved the upstairs bar and the open windows to the front alley. Service was surprisingly good for only the second day of operation. Cocktails were unique and tasty although some were very small despite being pricey. Food was terrific with unique and delicious combinations of tastes. Open kitchen created an energetic and bustling vibe.
