Hawaii branch of Michelin Tokyo selected restaurant Margotto e Baciare, Winner of the Best Restaurant in Hawaii by USA Today, the first and only Krug ambassador, truffle centric French/Italian/Japanese fusion fine dining.Chef Kenta Kayama has been trained under the best chefs in Japan, Mr.Kanda who keeps 3 stars Michelin for the whole time Michelin has been published in Japan. We opened our door in Tokyo in 2014 and became known as the best place for truffle and old world wine. We serve fresh seasonal truffles from all over the world throughout the year, Italian Alba white truffle to French Perigord black truffle, Tasmanian black etc.As being one of only 112 Krug ambassador chef, we have almost every bottles of Krug for you, along with many selection of old world wines. A Chef Chris Kajioka restaurant that debuted in 2020 in partnership with San Francisco-based chef, Mourad Lahlou, called Miro Kaimuki.The restaurant is located in the space which formerly housed Honolulu's venerable Café Miro for 23 years. Similar to its predecessor, Miro Kaimuki features a French-inspired menu punctuated with Japanese flavors and techniques. The restaurant is a reunion for chefs Kajioka and Lahlou who first worked together at San Francisco's Aziza and Mourad.Miro Kaimuki is no longer accommodating strict allergies or vegan diets. Pescatarians and Vegetarians are welcome.
