私にとってピザは家族の関心事です。叔父のAngeloは、ピザに対する情熱をもって1930年代にアメリカにやって来ました。懸命に働いたあと、ついにブルックリンに自身のピザ屋を持つに至ったのです。Angeloおじさんが、石炭オーブンで焼くピザのレシピを考え出したのもこの店でした。そのレシピは60年以上の年月を経て完璧なものになり、何世代にも渡り受け継がれてきました。 ニューヨークにいる私の兄弟といとこはそのレシピを知っています。Patsy's、Nick's、Angelo'sを訪れる人々は、ピザやパスタ、サラダなどを何年間も楽しんでくれています。ここフィラデルフィアとニュージャージーでは、Angeloおじさんの秘密のレシピをPietro'sの3店舗で味わうことができます（所在地：1714 Walnut Street、121 South Street フィラデルフィア）。これからもずっと私達の「alla familia（家族）」の伝統的な特製スタイルのピザとパスタを楽しんでもらえるよう願っています。どうぞ召し上がれ。
