Sara was our server again and as usual she was outstanding . Made great recommendations, always friendly and polite and is one of many reasons we will be back. Aaron is a fantastic manager.

La Nouvelle Maison never disappoints, even on their busiest night, Valentine's Day! The place was packed and romance was in the air, and the gem of a restaurant didn't miss a beat! Drinks were quick to be served - Jamie, Andrew and Maria had the bar totally under control. Virginia and her ladies working the front welcome desk were all on their game and looking quite lovely, I must add! Of course, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Thomas, who went out of his way on such a busy night to also greet us. The food was a pre-fix menu for Valentine's Day, yet the choices seemed endless! We both had the outstanding Stone Crabs, followed by the Dover Sole, which was cooked and prepared to perfection. Yes, we also made room for the fabulous desserts!

Came for Valentine’s Evening out. First- I want to say they were very accommodating because I was able to change my 8pm reservation to 6:30pm. That being said, I’m really glad we did. We started with a complimentary glass of Blanc de Blanc Champagne (sparkling wine) that was very good & that made me happy! The appetizer was a trio of amuse bush- a couple of slices of salmon with romaine lettuce, pate’ served inside a piece of buttered bread & escargot in garlic sauce. Superb combo. Our mains were salmon- sea bass in puff pastry served with broccoli. Here’s where we had a bit of a very long wait. It was definitely worth waiting for. For dessert- there was a parfait- mousse with tiramisu!!! So delicious!!! All in all- the evening was lovely & we enjoyed everything! Definitely be back soon.

We had a memorable dining experience. From the start, the hospitality was outstanding--everyone we interacted with was warm, knowledgeable, and attentive. The meal began with a cocktail and a snack. The oyster caprese and uni snacks were phenomenal--fresh, balanced, and expertly crafted. We also had the rock fish crudo, octopus, and filet mignon. Our server, Christian, made excellent recommendations, and the sommelier was personable and insightful. Every dish was executed with precision, from the simplest bites to the more intricate plates. We ended with a fantastic dessert, and while the espresso could have been better, it was a minor note in an otherwise flawless experience.

Excellent food with nice presentation. Service is very good except for one server who reached across me to serve my neighbor. Very much like a real French bistro. Outside was too noisy, more comfortable inside. I would prefer French music like Edith Puaf or Jacques Brel rather than American pop. A bit pricey but very good quality.
