I believe our chef name was “Aldo” or something along that line, but his service and food 10/10. Made it entertaining as well. Me and my family enjoyed ourselves. Our waiter wasn’t the best and gave us false information that we had to confirm with a manager. But overall 8/10 experience. Looking forward to come back. The lively Mariachi Band brought an incredible energy, making the atmosphere exciting and vibrant—especially during the fun Birthday Celebration parade. The food was excellent, and my party of five was beyond pleased with our selections. I personally had the Churro Waffles with Pecans and Walnuts, paired with a Chicken Breast on the side—it was absolutely divine! Each was scrumptious. Service was excellent. Our server, Monica, was outstanding. She was very attentive and engaging. Her timing with the dishes and the follow-up was superb. The support she received from others in room by removing plates as we finished was magnificent. Overall an exquisite Valentine’s Day experience!
