Jeff Ruby's was the perfect choice for my special birthday dinner! The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable. The ambiance was elegant, setting the stage for a delightful evening. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was cooked to perfection and left us wanting more. To top off the night, we indulged in the Jordan Shoe Chocolate cake, which was a showstopper! Not only was it visually impressive, but its rich chocolate flavor made it the perfect sweet ending to our celebration. Our 1st experience at Seviche did not disappoint. Ben was our server and he gave us great recommendations. Everything we ordered was outstanding and Ben was very attentive without being overbearing. The tuna ceviche, bison empanadas, snapper and skirt steak were all perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Tres Leches cake with browned butter macadamia nut ice cream was the perfect dessert/birthday treat. (Thank you Ben ! ). We look forward to a return visit.

We have always done dinner at this amazing restaurant. Today was our first brunch. I would have to say , they continue to amaze us. The blue crab omelette was out of this world amazing. The thick cut bacon was something that could be a dish by itself. The wife got the French dip sub. The beef was perfect, the dip was on point . The horseradish dip was fire 🔥. The hand cut fries were perfectly salted and crisp. Once again blown away by this restaurant ability to provide amazing experience and food.

My food was absolutely terrific. I was dining with my spouse and my mother-in-law. I had the filet (it was cooked exactly how I wanted), scallops, asparagus, and butter infused risotto. They gave a rose to my mother-in-law, and it made her night. Honest to God, it was the best food I've eaten this year. I loved it. Thank you for making our Valentines a great experience. We'll be back for sure.

We Had an amazing evening as always at Volare , Chef Josh Moore, GM JT, our server Brandy and their support teams are all the best of the best. This truly is a 5 star / 5 diamod fine dining experience on every level
