A bold and well-composed departure from the excellent regular menu, the $60, 3- course tasting menu exemplified the restaurant’s pan-Latin influence. As a four-person party we were able to taste every item from each of the three courses and every plate was a standout. All of the portions were nearly entre-sized and there was an exuberance in the flavors and textures that showcased the kitchen’s mastery.
