Tea variety on the menu was great. Items on the trays were very good and very filling. Most people cannot finish it all. We were offered tea and food refills which is rare when having afternoon tea anywhere so it was a nice gesture from The Drake Palm Court. Our server Azmir was super friendly and courteous and did a great job. The Palm Court hostess at the entrance was very kind and friendly, sitting us on our desired table, previously requested in the reservation. This place is a Chicago classic and noise level is high since it is always packed.
