Bleu Bistro is a stylish multi-level restaurant in the city of Amsterdam. This relatively new venue provides both indoor and outdoor seating. The interior offers two levels of comfortable seating, sleek lines, modern artwork, large windows, high ceilings and sophisticated lighting. Guests are invited to dine on the quaint patio, complete with comfortable seating and benches. In terms of menu, Bleu Bistro provides customers with a wide array of meal options. All dishes are made fresh and with only high-quality fruits and vegetables. The typical Dutch cosiness means in countries around the Mediterranean 'together'. Taking time for each other around a table full of small dishes and enjoy a glass of wine. Each ordered an average of 3 or 4 dishes per person and then everything on the table is shared socialising. Our chef roams the market looking for seasonal products and likes to combine local produce with Mediterranean spices. In Jottum is preferably cooked with organic, fair trade, and fresh produce.

Experience the grandeur of the past at Grand Café Restaurant 1e Klas. This surprising historic restaurant, dating from 1885 is located on platform 2B Amsterdam Central Station. The Central Station and restaurant 1e Klas is designed by famous architect Pierre Cuypers who also designed the Rijksmuseum. The old waiting rooms in Grand Café Restaurant 1e Klas were fully renovated and kept intact for the public to enjoy. You can still experience the old (waiting) times of the past and eat and drink in the same atmosphere as the Rijksmuseum. We loved our time here. The cocktail menu is new and exciting and the staff extremely knowledgeable. Trust their recommendations, our favourite drinks were those recommended. The flavours are complex and surprising and extremely tasty. The food was excellent and the ambience perfect. It was civilised, comfortable and the music at just the right volume for a good conversation. We’ll be back next time we’re in Amsterdam.

What can I say baully and his team are amazing and friendly and deliver a very professional service .the overall atmosphere in the restaurant is chilled and relaxed , I love you get to cook yourself own steak on a stone makes dinning more fun , the quality of the steaks are fantastic and well worth the price I would highly recommend this restaurant when you are visiting Amsterdam . You could try walk in , but I would advise that you book in advance to ensure a table . When I ate here the whole experience from start to finish was amazing
