In 1835, the Bofarull family founded one of the most charismatic restaurants in the city, Can Bofarull, in the most emblematic part of the Gothic District, near Las Ramblas in Barcelona. Over time, the restaurant was renamed in honour of one of its most famous dishes, Los Caracoles (Snails). We visited this restaurant twice during the stay in Barcelona as we loved the food and the restaurant so much. The atmosphere is lovely. Feels like a real Japanese restaurant. The food is delicious and we tried almost everything on the menu. I can warmly recommend the restaurant!
