It’s one of my favorite spots in Madrid. It’s already like a routine, after landing I’m going straight to Dani. It’s amazing that they change their menu every few months so I’m never bored trying new plates.

We really enjoyed our anniversary dinner at saddle. The service, attentions and the whole expirience were fabulous. Thank you to all the staff for making it a special night!

Great food at an amazing ambiance. It was one of the few restaurants with available time-slots on the day I visited ir, which made me skeptical about it; but, at the end it was a great surprise.

Hemos estado muy a gusto y tranquilos, es cierto que había poco publico y eso es beneficiosos para los comensales que estabamos alli. El servicio muy bueno y la comida estupenda. Volveremos!!

We visited this restaurant following a recommendation from a different restaurant where we had had an excellent meal. Pleasing the Cedron was equally as good. The food was excellent. The wine we ordered was out of stock, however the waiter's knowledge of wine was impressive and his recommendation was excellent at a similar price. If we were to return to Madrid we would have no hesitation in returning.
