長年の間、アフタヌーンティーはThe Brown Palaceの伝統となっています。The Palm Courtは1982年のホリデーシーズンに紅茶を提供し始め、故プリンセス・オブ・ウェールズのダイアナ妃、ヒラリー・クリントンといった要人が訪れています。1958年にはエリザベス女王が私達とともにDrakeでの紅茶を楽しみました。 部屋の中央には豪華な石灰岩の噴水があり、中心部には275年前のモティーフが飾られています。このフレンチブロンズはデザイナーのデイビッド・ウィリアムズによるものです。さらに、アフタヌーンティーの雰囲気は、クラシックなイブニングドレスに身を包んだミュージシャンが水曜～日曜まで開催するハープの生演奏によってより一層高められます。
