As always , it is a truly wonderful dining experience ! Paco hires the best servers and just recently Andy stepped up to head e maître d and did a fabulous and very professional job in this new position ! We have experienced Andy as a server and always have been impressed by his knowledge and professionalism ! Paco chose a loyal and devoted employee to serve as matrix d last night , my official birthday dinner ! Rudy and Paco’s is our favorite Reataurant in Galveston .

The crab cake appetizer is amazing. I made it my entree with their fabulous au gratin potatoes. My husband enjoyed an 8 oz. steak filet, asparagus and a huge wedge salad. Food was exceptional. Service from Richard was great. Ask for a seat by the window. Don’t forget to share their warm pecan crumble dessert with vanilla ice cream.

Fantastic night! Soup was awesome! They make their own sausage for reference. Baby Bella’s was amazing! Gnocchi is always a winner and the bread was delightful! From our servers Eric and Chance to our bartender Reuben. It was a perfect evening with friends and great food! Love this place

My first visit to this restaurant and I was wow’ed!!! Everything we ordered was amazing. My husband and I split the roasted oysters, the mixed greens and the eggs benedict….. we had to make ourselves stop eating. It was all perfection personified! I can’t wait to go again and try some of the other dishes. Also, the live music added just the right touch to the atmosphere, not too loud. We really enjoyed this talented local musician. Not to mention all of this and an incredible view of the beach!
