Bar Dolly, a new wine and cocktail destination from the Sesame Collective Restaurant Group, serves as a companion bar to next door sister southern Italian restaurant Dolly Olive. Bar Dolly offers anextensive collection of Mediterranean wines, and regional dishes. The spritz menu includes Italian classics like Aperol spritzes and Bicicletas and the house Negroni is an instant classic, poured tableside. Bar Dolly shares a kitchen with Dolly Olive, which centers around Southern Mediterranean ingredients and flavors, with an emphasis on an in house bakery program, fresh made pastas and other dishes that are treated simply and presented elegantly. Chef Casey Brigan and Sesame Collective Culinary Director Natalie Gullish have developed a menu of featured Dolly Olive favorites, as well as a few more snack-forward options like salami and cheese boards.

We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Piattino is one of the best restaurants in the Pearl district. We had the lamb shank and the risotto al nero (squid ink risotto) and both were excellent, the risotto is one of the best squid ink dishes I have had in this country. The restaurant was fairly busy when we were there for lunch, but food arrived fairly fast and the waiter (sorryI didn't get his name) did an excellent job. Finally, the restaurant is very nicely decorated and has a super cozy feel, it was especially nice today because it was drizzling outside.

We sat at the bar and were entertained by the lady behind the bar expertly concocting delicious drinks Our drinks were really good even the nonalcoholic one. The food was very tasty and quite creative. We had excellent service. It was not cheap but I would definitely go again
