Chef Tom Bidios found himself lost in the Deep South of Northern America whilst travelling and there discovered his passion for the soulful food that is at its core. Service was amazing and the food was delicious. Terrance was an amazing waiter and had excellent customer service. Very grateful for the staff and loved every second of our experience.
