Never had food, just drinks, cocktails were lovely and the place was beautiful, would definitely recommend and visit

This is my favourite steak restaurant in Glasgow and hence why once again I chose it for my Birthday lunch with family. My wife had obviously told them that it was my birthday so there was a birthday card on the table..a nice touch. Anyway starters were excellent with the pork cheek and tiger prawn being superb. I had had the philly cheese steak spring rolls previously and knew these were really filling however my son had these and they looked superb. We all had fillet steaks cooked to either medium rare or medium and all were cooked to perfection. Accompanied by hand cut chips we also had sides of onion rings, rocket and parmesan, mac and cheese and glazed carrots and by the end we were all full although I did not have a dessert my wife and future daughter in law did and they looked brilliant. An incredible meal for a special occasion, I went for Valentine’s Day and it was the best meal I have had for a long time. A great atmosphere with live dancers, music and staff where extremely attentive. We ordered two tacos, a sharing meat platter with fries and the churros to finish. Everything was cooked to perfection.

What an absolutely delightful restaurant & bar! We have been several times now and no matter what type of customer frequents the place, or what time of day it is, we always have a fabulous time. On this occasion we booked for our Valentine’s dinner, and what a treat we had! On arrival we had THE BEST Pornstar Martini’s we’ve ever had, delivered by an extremely knowledgeable, attentive & outstanding barman. The surroundings are SO sophisticated in the bar, a perfect match for the inclusive & diverse international crowd that’s a pleasure to be amongst. On to our perfect, magical & romantic dinner in the beautiful restaurant complete with a full-size tree and views over Glasgow’s crown jewel town hall. I had the beetroot starter and my husband the salmon, followed by chateaubriand with sides and chocolate love mouse all washed down by champagne and red wine. All the food was of the HIGHEST QUALITY excellently presented. A special mention for our steward, Matthew. He was SO friendly and perfectly attentive. He went out of his way to make ours, and all the other lucky couples, evenings’ a perfect experience. Thanks so much to Hazel for a magical experience we’ll remember. We can’t wait to come back very soon.

Visited The Spanish Butcher in Glasgow for my fiancé's 30th birthday last night. Great touch from the staff leaving a little branded birthday card for him. Everything was perfect. The staff are all knowledgeable & well mannered. We had a starter each & shared a chateaubriand (galician) with some sides. Our food was all absolutely perfect. Definitely the best steak we've ever had. The restaurant decor was moody & intimate & gorgeous. I can't wait for another special occasion to come back.
