Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes. Arrived from Rome in 2014, the Mancini family decided to change their lives and embark on a new and exciting adventure in Australia. After several experiences as Chefs in Italy and also in Australia, Valentina and Otello decide in 2019 to return on the market with a singular hospitality concept that had already been successful in Rome since 2010 . Radici Pasta House, in Italian language “Radici” means roots indicating the intention to offer a cuisine deeply rooted in Italian food culture with a modern accent and an extreme attention to the overall experience. Overall a great time. There was 1 waitress who was very rude, rolled her eyes every time we tried to order or ask for a moment to decide what we wanted to order. Otherwise everyone else was lovely and we would 100% come back, the food and vibes were 10/10

Crocodile bites were so good!! We also loved the games of corn-hole and quoits that were free to play. We did the gin tasting and were so impressed with the berry ink gin that we just had to buy a bottle. If we’re down in the Tweed Valley again, we’ll be back!
