"Bringing Gluten-Free Soba to the People" The Japanese word “soba” refers both to the buckwheat plant as well as the noodles made from buckwheat flour. Soba is typically served in a hot aromatic broth topped with chicken, tempura prawns or a selection of vegetables or served cooled on an elegant bamboo tray with delicate dipping sauce.Soba is one of the world’s most nutritious food and an abundant source of protein. We had lunch to celebrate my daughtes birthday. Our table booking was on the deck, it was a bit too sunny so the staff member happily moved us inside. The young lady working behind the bar in the garden was delightful and recommended the steak sandwich which I had and it was really good. Definitely going back. Thank you.
