With Echo & Rig Chef Sam Marvin has introduced a pioneering new concept transforming the long-held theories behind the steakhouse formula. A butcher before a steakhouse, we use every part of the animal. We care about every animal - how it lived, what it ate, and how it was cared for. We had a phenomenal meal and evening at Echo & Rig. Our server, Jorge, was exceptional and the entire staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. We all had the filet mignon and they were phenomenal. The accompanying sauces were delicious too. Highly recommend!

Service was excellent! Food was very good. The side dishes are large. Next time, we'll share the 'one person' size. Had the rib eye, which was cooked beautifully. There are two optional 'sauces' for the steak that I will change next time. They have a Crust (butter sauce) and a Sauce. they are both wonderful but I would only order one. Will go again!

This was our second time visiting the restaurant and it was as good or better than our first visit. Servers are attentive and knowledgeable. Food is excellent. There was a large party near us which is the only reason that I said that the noise level was a bit high. Fantastic restaurant!

Steak was ordered med/rare and came out medium-med/well. And potato purée needs salt. That being said I am more of a pan sear on steak than grill. So it lost a lot of flavor being grilled. Over all it was ok….but definitely not worth the price. Steak was @65$ probably only really a 30-40$ steak. Wife sea bass was really good. As was the crème brûlée. Although wish they used real vanilla instead of extract. Would we go again…probably not. Maybe try out eating at bar and the different menu.
