It was perfectly seasoned (not too salty), perfectly prepared and amazingly tender. Their early dining menu is an excellent value which includes soup or salad (lobster bisque was a delicious $3 upcharge), main entree and dessert (carrot cake is sooo good). The Blue Bear/Della Porta in Ellison Bay is leading a new direction for Door County. Local farm to table food executed in a delicious and simple way is priceless.
