The 57th Fighter Group Restaurant is a unique restaurant located in Atlanta which commemorates the historic 57th fighter squadron of World War II. As one might expect, the walls of the restaurant are covered with decor, art and photographs of the era, particularly planes and pilots of the U.S. Air Force during the 1940s. A hidden gem.Enjoy a relaxing setting in one of our inside dining rooms complete with fireplaces, a touch of jazz music playing throughout, and an incredible view of the airport with taxiing planes and helicopters. If you want to go even further into the 57th experience, head over to our lounge where we have two full bars, a dancefloor, and a large outdoor patio right next to the runway of the airport to get that full feeling of being next to the aircraft. Park Tavern Neighborhood Bar & Brewery is located in the heart of midtown on the corner of 10th St. & Monroe overlooking Piedmont Park and the midtown skyline. Our building was originally built in 1905 as horse stables for local racing enthusiasts and then transformed into a golf clubhouse in 1928. Although expanded and renovated over the years, the building still features some of the original woodwork and stone from the historic clubhouse. Brandon was an excellent server. He was training another server and his attention to both ensuring a quality customer experience as well as an effective employee training was apparent. The salmon was fantastic, and the spinach + artichoke dip was a great start. If you’re around during the holidays, ask about the off menu egg nog cocktail!
