The recipes all with a long linage, we wanted to build something that is as inviting as eating at an italian family home, that the customer can relax in. Dining in the Angelette Alfresco can be easy going ordering 18-inch pizzas or if you are a more structured meal perhaps ordering a few entrées, something from our selection of salumi, or one of our great fresh pastas. Holy Basil is our favorite restaurant and last night I was delighted to share the experience with two friends, who had not visited before. Not only were they impressed with the delicious cuisine but also with the friendly and attentive service, from the moment we walked in the door. Overall, it was a great evening. I would recommend Holy Basil to anyone who values excellence in food and service.

Loved the gorgeous stately room we were sat in! It’s my favourite cozy space. The Duck Papardelle today was absolutely outstanding! The sauce had the most delectable flavours of earthy mushrooms and truffle. Wow! It was amazing!! Paired with the loveliest cocktail too. Beautiful service. So many smiles and happy people. So lovely to see! Thanks Killik! You’ve outdone yourselves again!

As always, the experience has been excellent. The staff were pleasant, polite and fun and have great knowledge of their food and wine and the new menu is excellent. My only issue is the wine. It tastes too good to leave without buying some additional bottles for home.

The ambience in the courtyard was peaceful and harmonious. The food is multidimensional, feeding much more than just the physical being. We shared different tapas meals and desserts and felt spiritually and emotionally deeply nourished by it all.
