While the Paradise Rd has long been closed I do seek out their brand every rare opportunity I have to visit Austin. They introduced me to Southwestern cuisine which I love. The Kyle TX location continues the modern decor, fun, atmosphere I enjoyed & was not surprised that their signature Margarita menu still stands out. We started with a nice variety of oysters on the half shell which were very fresh! We shared the caviar and salmon appetizer was terrific with a beautiful presentation ! We then had the wedge salad followed by the Mussels. The broth was delicious with the rustic grilled bread. The cocktails and wine suggestions were great!They presented us with a beautiful Happy Birthday dessert to celebrate was a great final touch!
