Thankfully we caught something and were able enjoy what the chef prepared for us. The chef and staff both did an amazing job. Big piece and 3 scoops of ice cream! We have typically seen very small portions in higher-end restaurants in our 2 years living here. The wait person was THE BEST. Can do either seafood or red meat or vegan if desired. We had the oysters, which were fresh and lovely plus a sashimi dish then ahi tuna and short rib dish. Nothing disappointed.
