Come dine with Michelin Guide awarded Chef Guillaume Robin at the Fabulous Wave Hotel. Influenced by the many flavors of Central and South America, and centered around a dramatic open theater kitchen, BACÁN is elevated yet approachable, innovative, and just a little bit unexpected.To ensure the most sophisticated experience, we politely request all guests be respectful in their choice of attire while adhering to the following guidelines. For gentlemen we consider tank tops, sleeveless shirts, ripped jeans and flip flops too casual for our restaurant. Ladies are encouraged to wear dresses and skirts, casual dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top. All guests should refrain from wearing ball caps, team athletic wear or clothing with offensive language. This restaurant deserve a Michelin Star, I have not complaints at all, otherwise I can say this is the best gourmet restaurant in Town of its category. Delicious food, well balanced flavors, dishes presentation and ambience is gorgeous. Service is outstanding and location very convenient.

They don’t disappoint with such a explosion of flavors and excellent presentation The Lucuma experience dessert is an award winner Kudos to Mariana, great service! If I could make a suggestion, the “empanadas de carne” maybe better with the ingredients of an “empanada criolla” and a bread more “dorado y crujiente” :)

Our party of 5 was seated as soon as we arrived ( we did have a reservation). Our server was friendly, helpful and attentive without hovering. Food was delicious. Our guests were from out of town and thought the pizzas were some of the best they’ve had.
