Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking. Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

The Copper Crow is a purveyor of fine food & craft cocktails located in the historic Andrew Kirk & Son’s Brewery building at 904 Broadway in Albany, New York’s North end warehouse district. The Copper Crow’s food menu features an eclectic collection of American fusion dishes that incorporate international influences, ingredients & cooking methods from various regions around the world. Wherever possible we rely on ingredients that are sustainably & locally sourced. Tuesday through Friday the bar opens at 4pm and the kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 10pm. On Saturday and Sunday the bar and kitchen open at noon. Saturday night the kitchen closes at 10pm and Sunday night the kitchen closes at 9pm.

First established in 1936, the storied and historic Savoy reopened in early 2016.
