The food is absolutely amazing! We came here as part of our anniversary celebration. I think trying to rate the value is very subjective given everyone’s financial situation and ones enjoyment of the food. We had the pasta carbonara and the Gorgonzola fillet and Burrata for the appetizer and the lemoncello cake for dessert and everything was absolutely delicious. We’re looking forward to returning and trying some other amazing dishes. everything was absolutely delicious

We had the evening special of scallops over a bed of pumpkin risotto. We shared a Caesar salad and the scallops. Plenty of food and large portions perfectly prepared. Who knew Scallops were in the town of Springdale, at the entrance to Zion? Our server, Andres, was 5-star, too!

Situated a few miles off the main route to Zion, Black Sage at Open Skye resort is a hidden gem! Our welcome by JT was very warm. Even in the black of night, you could see the scenery was stunning. The menu offered a wide variety, and from our Beet and Burrata started, to our Pot Roast and Meatloaf mains, to our carrot cake dessert, the pace, the presentation and the taste were all perfect. We can't wait to go back! My only recommendation would be to consider adding more mocktail options.

The felt the Wood Ash Rye met all our dining expectations for celebrating our wedding anniversary. The Butter Nut Squash Pasta was our favorite dish of the night, followed closely by the Prime Pork Chop and garlic a mashed potatoes. We Highly Recommend the Wood Ash Rye for any special occasion or just a night out.

Arrabiata never disappoints. It is the best restaurant in the St. George area, by far. The chef makes his Burrata in-house and it is so creamy and delicious. The food there is always exceptional.
