Bellissimo Ristorante Italiano features breads and pastas made fresh daily with a pasta making station in the center of the modern Italian eatery.Bellissimo’s signature dish is Spaghetti, made fresh daily by hand with White Sonora wheat from the Yaqui lands of Vicam, Sonora. In addition to Spaghetti paired with a variety of made-from-scratch sauces such as a Rustic Tomato Sauce, 30-Clove Vodka Sauce, Bolognese, Alfredo and more, the menu also features an array of classic Italian favorites such as Chicken Parmesan, Gnocchi, Chicken Marsala and two varieties of Baked Lasagna, as well as shared plates and starters, bruschetta, salads, soups, sandwiches and house-made desserts.In addition to the extensive menu, the bar at Bellissimo offers a selection of draft and bottled beer, as well as an assortment of specialty cocktails. Enjoy exceptional service and a friendly atmosphere at Nook. It's a wonderful spot for enjoying a delicious meal while catching up with old acquaintances over lunch. Nook is located just south of the Prima County Public Library on East Congress Street. It opened in 2015 and has become a trendy eatery that serves up New American cuisine. Owners Nikki and Matt Thompson along with Todd Anderson are fellow Tucsonans who love their community. Local artists have work showcased throughout this contemporary restaurant. Nook also prides itself on serving up locally sourced food. Try the Godfather Benedict with prosciutto, arugula, poached egg hollandaise and balsamic drizzle for breakfast, or come down during lunch for a green corn tamale pie with cabbage salad. It offers take-out service and is open for breakfast and lunch during the week. This restaurant also serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

    Wonderful food; authentic pazole (not too spicy), Caesar salads, oversized burgers, and local beers made for a delightful meal. The view of tucson lights is off the charts. Service was perfect and the patio was comfortable due to portable heaters.

    I recommend reservations if you are going for Sunday Brunch. Today was our second Sunday trying their brunch menu. Last week my husband had the Tamale pie which he totally devoured! I had the folded eggs with ham and hash browns all excellent. Today we both had the Nook special. Choice of 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon and 2 griddle cakes with syrup. Other than my scrambled eggs needed to be cooked a tad longer it was all excellent. Next week I am deciding between the Honey Chipotle Eggs Benedict and the Banana Griddle cakes with side of their awesome thick bacon. Will report next Sunday!

    Waitress notified us of 'pasta' not up to standards for the day and suggested replacement. Kitchen swapped pesto sauce for bechamel sauce on Gnocchi (at my request). Portions were large. Everyone agreed their food was great! Seated near the back of the restaurant, which dampened the noise from the casino. All things considered, a very enjoyable experience!

    Mezquite Grill has expanded their menu with great items and service has continually improved since opening. They can now handle being busier during the busy winter season downtown. They have a great cocktail menu as well.
