The Black Hen Restaurant offers a metropolitan dining experience in a small college town. While there are some classic dishes that are always available, the majority of our menu changes very frequently. We value the culinary diversity the global community has to offer while still maintaining heart strings tied to the South Eastern US and Appalachian offerings that surround us. We also offer a strong wine list and an often changing craft cocktail selections.

The Summit is located in Christiansburg, Virginia and offers gourmet, made-from-scratch food in a Victorian setting.
