The Restaurant at Lakeview Manor is open to residents and non-residents. Open daily for breakfast served from 8am-10am and dinner served from 6pm - 8.30pm. Lunches are available on weekends from 12pm-3pm.     We choose a good day. Very quiet. Good food, good service and good value for money. We go there twice a year to meet up relatives. Never had a bad day-oh and they love dogs in there as well. Just as well as we take our Staffie, Douglas with us. He thinks it’s good as well even though it’s called the Greyhound!

    Delicious food with wonderful friendly & attentive service - 6 of us 3 couples - it would be lovely if there was a nice circular table! A bit of a draught from the door opening into the skittle alley but understandable as it was skittle night! Such a cold night with snow still on the ground but the ambience was cosy with the log burner lit. Some nice soft furnishings would be good with some cushions around the back of the benches. All in all a lovely evening - we’ll be back .

    We had a great family Sunday dinner here. Roasts were really good, including the vegetarian option and we all enjoyed the mini puddings with coffee to finish. Staff were friendly and attentive.
