Welcome to SKÅL Nordic Dining - the neighbourhood Nordic restaurant located in a Grade II listed building at 149 Upper Street - a well-known address for high quality Scandinavian food and drink. Our restaurant SKÅL, meaning ‘Cheers’ in Swedish, opened on the 2nd of December 2019. We serve traditional Nordic recipes but with a modern, seasonal twist - all underpinned by the term 'husmanskost' meaning traditional home cooked Swedish food. I have been using this restaurant for over 30 years. It has rarely disappointed. The soup de poisson is outstanding as is the beef entrecôte for sharing. Service is as good as anywhere you will find and the ambience thoroughly French. Highly recommended.
