The kitchen clearly understands the delicate dance of heat and time required for a truly exceptional steak. My dining companion's blue, a whisper of sear on the cool, crimson heart, was precisely as requested – a testament to the chef's precision. My own medium-rare, a shade warmer, boasted a meltingly tender texture and a depth of flavour that spoke of quality cuts. The service, too, was a delight. Attentive without being intrusive, the staff demonstrated a genuine knowledge of the menu and a knack for anticipating our needs. Empty glasses were never left lingering, and their cheerful demeanour only enhanced the already convivial atmosphere. The restaurant itself exudes a certain understated elegance; the décor complements, rather than competes with, the artistry on the plate. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff were great energetic and friendly. Enjoyed the cocktails and lager whilst waited to be seated for our meal. The food was fantastic we upgraded to the chateaubriand which was a great choice but could of had more sides offered than the 2 as wasn't enough to share really but overall a great evening The champagne was a nice gesture from staff to celebrate our night. I booked a table for Valentine’s Day around 5 months ago now and WOW this food did not disappoint! I got the carbonara whilst my partner got the beef ragu pasta. Although both were absolutely gorgeous (and definitely some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten) I definitely had food envy from my partners plate haha! We started with the focaccia and trio of butters which was stunning, and I must not forget to mention how good the home made lemonade is!! As a huge pasta lover this is HEAVEN for me. I’d also like to thank our server (I’m unsure of his name but it was a young man with curly hair and a blue jumper) as he was AMAZING all evening. He was very attentive, explained dishes on the menu thoroughly and overall gave great customer service with a smile! Please ensure he gets the praise he deserves for this because I can hands down say that’s some of the best service I have received in years and that should be recognised!! Thankyou again x

Dined here with my girlfriend for our valentines meal, my steak was perfect however my girlfriend's steak came slightly overcooked; easy mistake to make it was very busy. We mentioned this to the staff and they were great. They allowed her to finish what she liked and gave us a full replacement meal with no extra charge even gave her a filet steak when she initially ordered the rump. The lady who served us was fantastic unfortunately I was unable to get her name however she was kind , understanding and reassuring when we mentioned the issue with her steak. Amazing customer service would recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

Had a fantastic dining experience at Cibo Manchester. The ambiance was stylish yet welcoming, with a lively atmosphere. The food was outstanding authentic Italian flavors with fresh ingredients. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. A great spot for quality Italian cuisine in Manchester highly recommended!
