We chose from the Christmas menu, the choice was good even if you didn’t want the traditional Turkey main which we didn’t. Food was generous and looked and tasted delicious. The service was warm and friendly, the manager taking time to talk to us at the end of the evening. Overall a lovely night.

A wonderful meal, excellent service in a beautiful setting - really superb.

Great menu full of lovely choices of fresh local fish as well as other meat dishes. Fish was cooked to perfection. It is on the expensive end, but great food.

This is a traditional pub serving the community but also giving visitors a warm welcome. We’ve eaten here a number of times over the years when visiting the are but this was our first visit under the new ownership. Happily the standards have remained high and we had a delicious meal in a relaxed cosy setting and were well looked after by the staff. Our dog was really welcomed with dog treats and a bowl of water.
